Reviews and Ratings
What a delightful stay! My room faced the sea, and at dinner, I had the pleasure of enjoying my own private hot tub set in the flagstone patio. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, smiling all the time and being polite and patient, even accommodating our request to stay on the 4th floor for a better view. Though the hotel is somewhat tough to get to, being located in the famous onsen town, the unique setting away from the big commercial shopping center added to the appeal. The dining experience was exceptional with a vast choice of continental, English, and Japanese breakfasts, featuring excellent local products. Lastly, the facilities were top-notch, making the overall experience truly memorable.
My stay at the hotel was truly amazing. The room in the dining area of the suite with its own private spa bath was beautifully designed, blending traditional Japanese craftsmanship with modern style. The hot spring bath and provided yukata added extra comfort and relaxation to my stay. However, getting to the hotel was a bit challenging due to its somewhat remote location, although it added to the charm of being in a famous onsen town.
